Trademark Search Pro (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Meerad Business Solutions Private Limited. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Usage Policy, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds Under Any Circumstance

All subscription fees for Trademark Search Pro are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary cancellation of subscription
- Accidental or mistaken deletion of an account
- Delays or failure in updating trademark data
- Technical issues or software limitations
- Any other reason, express or implied
Subscription fees are solely for accessing the Platform and server resources. Any data updation services provided are complimentary and cannot be considered a part of the subscription fee. Users cannot claim compensation or legal remedy for any loss arising from data updates or delays

2. Subscription Fees

All plans are billed annually only; no monthly subscriptions are available.
Payment methods include UPI, Payment Wallet, Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Card (EMI available on credit card payments), and PayPal for international users.
GST paid at the time of subscription will not be refunded or adjusted, even in case of plan upgrades

3. Upgrading Plans

Users may upgrade to a higher subscription plan at any time.
Fees already paid will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis toward the upgraded plan.
GST already paid will not be refunded or adjusted

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting our support team at info@trademarksearchpro.com.
Upon cancellation, the account remains active until the end of the current subscription period.
No refund will be issued for the current subscription period

5. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meerad, its affiliates, staff, developers, and stakeholders from any claims, losses, or damages arising from misuse, technical issues, or inability to update trademark data

6. Policy Updates

Trademark Search Pro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
